We have plenty of free events weekly that are made to bring crafters of our community together. Read on to find a good event for you! All our free events are first-come, first-serve, so if you want soft chair or need a table to work on, get here early to score a spot! 

Body Doubling & Crafting at Makeshift

Body doubling is a productivity strategy where a task is completed in the presence of another person to enhance focus, motivation, and accountability! It also just makes things more fun and less lonely. ✨ 

Weave in Ends Wednesday

Are you a crocheter or knitter with issues finishing your projects? Does weaving in ends feel daunting to you? No worries! You aren't alone! Join us Wednesday's at 6pm where you can hang out with fellow fiber friends trying to finish their projects off too! The accountability and company is priceless, but so is this free event!  

Thursday Eventing BYO Crafty Hour

Get out of your house and come get crafty with friends! This open studio session is for anyone working on a craft project of any type! Bring your project with you and come hang out and work on it at the store surrounded by others doing the same thing! Every Thursday at 5pm! 

Friday Night Yappy Hours

Drop in for any of our yappy hours where you can talk shop on your favorite theories, characters, moments, and more! Each week is a different theme. Every Friday at 5pm! 

Co-Journaling Hour Saturday Mornings

Every Saturday morning at 11am, bring your journal and come catch up on your thoughts. Whether you need to set up your bullet journal, or just want to write out some thoughts and organize your ideas, this is a great hour to get things done surrounded by other people doing the exact same thing! 

Saturday Night Sippin & Stitchin

Bring a sip and a WIP and have a fun night out every Saturday at 6pm! Anything from cross-stitch to embroidery to crocheting or knitting and every stitch-y thing in-between! 

Sunday Afternoon Fiber Friends Meet-Up

Craft a cozy afternoon away in the Makeshift Living Room every Sunday afternoon at 2pm. While all crafters are always welcome, this meet-up is primarily for yarn and thread based projects to bring together people doing similar crafts so they can chat about all the technical and exciting aspects of their projects!
