With the arrival of August comes the traditional festival of Lughnasadh, marking the beginning of the harvest season.

They say “you reap what you sow.”

We say “you keep what you sew.”

Might as well make it beautiful. 🌻

🌾 Picture this: Endless fields of wheat glowing in the late summer sun. Hazy yellow glowing from the ground to the sky. Braided hair coming loose in whistling wind. The rush of running through a field of grain with a woven basket swinging in your hand.

This workshop will capture the feelings of August in full bloom through a peaceful mixed-media crafting session. We will begin by exploring techniques for using watercolors directly on fabric to create soft skies, rolling hills, and warm accents. After a quick dry with our in-house heat tools, we will bring the landscape to life through hand embroidery to add details like stalks of wheat and layered grasses that create a richly textured scene over the painted background.
