Corner to corner. One of crochet's coolest tricks. π§Άβ¨π
Ready to level up your crochet skills? In this new intermediate workshop, we will dive into one of the most versatile techniques in crochet: Corner-to-Corner (C2C).
Unlike traditional crochet worked in rows, C2C is built diagonally from one corner to the opposite corner using small blocks that create beautiful texture and endless design possibilities. It's a favorite technique for everything from blankets and scarves to pillows, wall hangings, graphgans, colorful geometric projects, and a favorite for our Warm Up America squares!
This workshop focuses on understanding the technique itself, giving you the confidence to tackle future C2C patterns!
Prerequisite: Participants should already be comfortable with chaining, double crochet, and following basic crochet patterns.
By the end of class, you'll leave with a strong foundation in Corner-to-Corner crochet, practice swatches to reference later, and one more technique to add to your ever-growing crochet repertoire. You may come for the diagonal squares, but you'll leave planning out your next C2C blanket. ππ§Ά
