We'll move beyond Tunisian Simple Stitch and Tunisian Knit Stitch and explore the skills that open the door to more polished garments, blankets, accessories, and colorwork.
Throughout class, you'll learn several new Tunisian stitches, explore a tubular cast-on for beautifully finished edges, and experiment with color-changing techniques that add depth and visual interest to your projects. We'll also talk through when and why to use each technique so you'll leave with practical skills you can confidently apply to future patterns. 🧶
Every participant will receive two skeins of Uptown Worsted in the color combination of their choice, giving you the opportunity to practice color changes while creating beautiful stitch samples you'll want to reference again and again.
Bring your own Tunisian Hooks / Hook sets to sample with different sizes. Don't have Tunisian hooks? No problem! We'll have hooks available to borrow during class.
