ARE YOU READY FOR IT?!Β
June is for revenge, snakes, dramatic eyeliner, reclaiming the narrative, and disappearing for a year only to come back hotter. Which makes it the perfect month to stitch Reputation. ππ€β¨
In this sixth workshop of our year-long series inspired by Taylor Swift, weβre entering the era of vengeance, vulnerability, glittering rage, and falling in love in the middle of the chaos with a design inspired by Reputation.
Weβll be blasting the Reputation album, screaming lyrics that permanently altered our brain chemistry, and debating extremely important questions like:
Will we ever get the Rep Vault Tracks? Why is she wearing so much silk these days? How many Easter Eggs really are in the LWYMMD music video? Was Karma really supposed to be TS6? I could go on, but there's a character limit on these workshop descriptions...
As always, this monthβs design is a delicate 3"Γ3" cross stitch square inspired by the album artwork and aesthetic. By the end of the year, youβll have twelve stitched squares that can stand alone or combine into one stunning tribute to every era.
β
January: Debut
β
February: Fearless
β
March: Speak Now
β
April: Red
β
May: 1989
π June: Reputation
This workshop celebrates Reputation, the album of transformation, media villainy, sharp eyeliner, secret romance, and learning that softness and anger can exist at the same time.
This is the era of:
π€ Falling in love when the world feels loud
π Becoming the villain in someone elseβs story
β¨ Realizing your reputation has never actually belonged to anyone else
Whether youβve been stitching since Debut, danced through Fearless, twirled through Speak Now, screamed through Red, or shook it off during 1989, this workshop is welcoming, relaxed, and full of community.Β
Come stitch your Reputation era.
Come embrace your feminine rage a little.
There will be no explanation. There will just be reputation. π
